MY JOURNEY
I’m Joe — a Marine Corps veteran, seasoned construction manager, and now a passionate digital marketer.
Based in New Jersey, I founded Pulse Point Marketing with one mission: to help local businesses grow, thrive, and win online.
With a unique blend of military discipline, hands-on construction experience, and a sharp eye for technology, I’m dedicated to turning visions into reality and driving real, measurable growth for the people I work with.
The Marine Corps is where it all started for me.
From 2000 to 2004, I rose through the ranks from Private to Sergeant — and had the honor of training thousands of young lieutenants stepping into leadership for the first time.
Being their first experience with enlisted Marines taught me something that’s stayed with me to this day:
You don’t just lead — you set the standard.
After my time in the military, I transitioned into construction and sound engineering. Sound engineering was my first deep dive into tech, opening my eyes to how powerful the right tools can be. In construction, it wasn’t just about building projects — it was about building teams, building trust, and leading by example.
Over the years, I managed some of the biggest projects in the tri-state area. I earned a reputation for being the guy who could spot problems before they turned into disasters and who could keep massive teams moving in the right direction.
Eventually, I became the road supervisor, leading crews that once trained me — a full-circle moment built on nothing but hard work and trust.
WHAT SETS ME APART

I spent 20 years on job sites where mistakes cost money, delays killed schedules, and excuses didn’t fly. I know what it means to manage tight budgets, impossible timelines, and high expectations — and I still consult with contractors today to help them build better systems.
I speak the language of tradesmen, contractors, and business owners because I’ve lived it.
